How Alysen Streamlined Her Equestrian Brand and Created Passive Income

Alysen is the founder of Train Your Seat Equestrian Training & Rider Biomechanics. She develop the equestrian branch for a comprehensive movement training program and quickly became a cornerstone for riders seeking a new approach to movement, biomechanics, and embodied anatomy.

Alysen took the leap to build her own brand, moving away from working with an educational institution. However, she faces challenges in organizing her current students, lacks a structured funnel flow, and struggles with maintaining consistency in her social media presence.

I first assisted her in organizing her students and categorizing her email list. From there, I built a webinar funnel, an in-person event funnel, created a seamless onboarding process and setup a Manychat automation. I also helped design graphics for her social media content. Additionally, we transformed her one-time webinar into an evergreen low-ticket offer to generate ongoing revenue.
